In spring 2021, Radnor Township Parks & Recreation needed a new tennis provider. Universal Rackets came in with a full program plan, and the clinics were so well received they nearly doubled in year two. In fall 2022 we added adult pickleball, which took off immediately. By 2023, tennis and pickleball were running nearly year-round, participation and revenue were up roughly 65 percent, and the programs had grown to include youth clinics and an adaptive pickleball clinic for children with special needs.
